NY 8112 BA Fishing Boat
Found in deep water off Oswego NY this is another boat that should have been easy to identify. However dispite the NYS registration number cearly showning on is port and starboard bow its story has remained illusive. The exipriation date on the registation sticker is 2004 making it likely that it sank approximately 10 years ago in either 2003 or 2004.
The small boat appears to have been fishing when it got in trouble. Downriggers and fishing line clutter the aft area of the boat.
Several attempts to identify this boat using the NYS registration number met with dead ends. In addition searches in several local newspapers did not result in any leads. Any information that would help identify this boat would be welcome.
